Monague Indigenous Crafts & Gifts (MICG) is a 100% First Nation-owned Canadian wholesale company that has been supplying top quality, unique and handcrafted products for over 40 years.
All MICG products are individually handcrafted in Canada by skilled artisans that have been with the company for generations. The Head Office is located on Sto:Lo Nation Territory in Chilliwack, BC. Warehouse is located in the Lower Mainland of BC.
Since products are individually handmade some variations may occur. All Feathers are domestic to North America. All metals are lead- free and nickel-free. All Products are shipped with bi-lingual legend cards or “Handcrafted in Canada” quality tags.
PAYMENT TERMS. Minimum purchase amount: $300.00 We accept VISA, Mastercard and Amex. Please call to apply for an account and arrange terms. Accounts must be approved prior to shipping. 1.5% interest will apply to all overdue accounts.
RETURNS. All returns require an Authorization Number and must be shipped within 10 days of receipt of order. Any unauthorized returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
PRICING. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, we do try to inform customers of any changes when they occur.
BACKORDERS/SUBSTITUTIONS. Out of stock items will be substituted. Please advise if substitutions are not acceptable.

SHIPPING. All continental orders are shipped via ground (unless requested otherwise), FOB Abbotsford, BC, Canada. Shipping and handling will be pre-paid and billed to the customer. Please note we require 10 to 21 business days to process orders.
U.S. Destination Orders: Customs/brokerage charges are paid by us for ground shipments, with the EXCEPTION of any orders that are requested to be shipped by alternate method that are under $1,500 invoice amount.
DISPLAYS. Our display units are provided free of charge in program sales for the sole display of Monage Indigenous Crafts & Gifts products only. We respectfully ask for your compliance.
